3 days smoke free!!!

i just want to say good job so far and good luck.
i know how hard it can be and im the same boat.
for some reason beer makes me need one also, so i dont drink anymore
until ive quit smoking for good.
but ive also noticed an incline in my wacky tabacky use since
trying to rid cigarettes lol.

so i think it might be safe to say... It's official!

I am now a non-smoker. . :) (better not jinx myself) but it has been a month and a few days now that I haven't inhaled a cigarette!!

Wanted to thank all of you for the support!



Soon I'll have to start a "goin on a diet" thread, but that's a whole other story... ;)

Good for you!! Isn't nice feeling back in control? Y'know, not feeling like you HAVE to have a cigarette, it's amazing how much smoking interrupted my life day to day and how much more that's prevelent now that I've quit. Great job, cold turkey too right?? :thm: :thm: :thm:
