none of my LFS's have killies,but they have a large stock or BN pleco's I'll check out.

make sure it's a female, a male will get too big for a 10G.
 
How about 5 neons, a gold nugget plec, a white spot plec, 2 gold barbs, 2 cherry barbs, a platy, a sumo loach, 3 Corydoras Juhliis, and a betta, heavily planted with a nice piece of driftwood and some black gravel?

that is nice if quite overstocked.

Yes, and yes. Last fish casualty in this tank: July. Lost one Neon. No visible sign of disease in over a year. One of the healthiest AND most overstocked tanks I have. I use magical substrate. I can't explain the success, but I won't complain. Even if you go by the worthless inch of fish per gallon rule, it's overstocked.

yeah... even if they are healthy, fish dot not IME appreciate being crammed all thogether like that.
