As you will see in the video, the old growth of the plants look terrible. That was before the DIY 3 2L bottles of co2 and regular liquid ferts. This took place just after a 40% water change. Is the bubbles coming up from the plants photosynthesis? Enjoy!

It looks really good! The bubbles coming up in a stream from the plant are from an area of the plant that was damaged - water after a water change is super saturated with oxygen, so you can often see this false type of pearling.

ya, I've never seen it happen before so I was quite excited.
 :dance2:

Very nice tank! Good job with it, I like it because it's simple and good looking. One question, that fish in the end, the big white one, what is it? I'm pretty new to aquariums, about 3 months haha. Is it like sometype of cichlid or? Also, how big is that tank? Oh sorry, now I see, its 125.

Thanks!
The "white" one is a gold severum, (SA Cichlid), he is only 1yr. old and approx. 6" from tail to nose.

well its a sign meaning your doing something right.

its about time! I've battled algae, lighting issues, co2 issues, etc. for about 6months now, so hopefully I have a handle on things!
