Depends on the condition of the lights, but they run about $100 new, so I'd say thats a decent price if they're in decent condition. I own the 48" version. Its a good strip light but lacks a good reflector.

Click on high-output strip-lights and you'll find the model there. They retail for $125 or so normally, so $100 for 2 isn't bad. All-Glass is better know for making aquariums.
I have the 48" 2x55 All-Glass unit as well, and I heartily recommend it. The reflector isn't optimal, but it's light, doesn't need a fan for cooling, has a high quality ballast, and uses the GE 9325K's. Just make sure that 110W is enough lighting for what you want to do before you buy,
Well with the 2 110s it will give me 220 watts of light in my 155 gallon which should let me grow some plants but not need to run co2 yet dont want to go there right now then i can chane ballast and watage down the road
