My new copper banded butterfly.

HI,a not wanting to intrude (and still laughing to myself )but isn't the copper band just a picture taped on to the outside of the tank????
If i'm wrong sorry in advance. :-discuss....:huh:

I was wondering myself why there was no copperband in the other pictures, you're quite perceptive I didn't catch the the tape on the tank... but... unsure of what to say here...
 
haha yeah I can see why you think the fish looks taped on there...However, this is just out of coincidence. If you begin to look at the pics of the copperband butterfly you will see that the fish shifts in placement on the tape, while the tape never changes. Look closer and you can see that the caudal fin is actually frozen in motion. No I guess if you really wanted to be mean you could tape a live fish to the side of the glass but then who would want to post those on a site full of fish lovers, be kind of dumb if you ask me.
 
Haha no that tape is to hold my backround on lol. sorry i thought people would notice it. And the other question where is my blue tang unfortunintly he passed away from white spot :mad: . But the copper banded is so good i got some advise that it would be ok to add a copper band butterfly. He so far is doing good thanks for all the cocerns anymore please write a reply.

How long before you got the butterfly did you get rid of the ICH???
 
Beautiful fish. I hope he does well. I know the first week is not only stressful on the fish, but me too. I always worry about their behavior and if they are settling down nicely. xD Its nervewracking.
