Tipped over anemones?

The tank is about 6 months old and I have two 96w lights. Each has a blue bulb, can't remember the name of the bulb, and a 10000K white bulb. Plus there are lights I wired in on each side of the 96w fixtures.

Well the anemones have left ware they were and are now back on the sand. What should I do now? Can they touch eachother without harming one another?

sometimes they will sting each other keep them separate and try an area with good flow that wont blow it away.

I moved on on to a rock and left the other wear it is. I also turned off the power heads to limit the flow of the water.
