id these for me

Can some one tell me what these are I found them in my tank ?

I have a couple of these are they ok ?

Hehe. I'm not good with IDs (except for fish) but I'm positive someone will ID it for you later on. A lot of people are at school or work right now.

Not sure about the first pic. If it doesn't move it would most likely be a type of sponge. They feed off excess nutrients in the water.
The second pic is what they call "spagetti worms" harmless and feed off excess food and such in the water. Do a surch in google for spagetti worms and you should be able to read up on them...

yea is a spaghetti worm in the second but i dont really see anything in the first picture what do u mean?

Presume, the first pic is relating to the green in the centre of the pic, and that is a sponge, harmless filter feeder and agree as above with the spaghetti worm...
