Anyone here that has done it? There are no good LFS close to me and I know of this website that has a pretty good selection of fish...

I had an alright experience with drsfostersmith.com. There were a few hiccups in the process, but everything I ordered from them as been alive and well for almost 2 months now.

Shipping hurts.

liveaquaria.com is fast and has a 14 day guarantee. i've made two orders with them. they were very fast to credit me for fish that died from one of the two orders. i am currently waiting on some orders that i won on auctions on aquabid. in a couple of weeks i can let you know how that went. sellers are reviewed on there so you can generally tell if the seller is good/reputable.
the shipping is the thing. it's going to cost $30-$40 for most anything, so you're much better off if you order a bunch at one time.

nohing wrong with it , it works fine. But the shipping is expensive because you have to get everything overnighted or 2 day air.

Because of the shipping cost I wouldn't recommend it unless it is some rare fish that your local stores won't carry, but you really want.

I also would like to order, but I live in Montana, is there any dealers of fish closer to me? ( so the fish have a better chance to get to me with in a good time. also if we order, is the price for shipping the same for 20 fish as it is for 1?

SHIPPING IS THE SAME WHEN YOU SHIP AIR CARGO, IT GOES BY WEIGHT(100LBS OR LESS). iF GOING BY FED-EX, IT MOSTLY GOES BY BOX SIZE. THE MORE FISH YOU ORDER, THE BIGGER THE BOX, MORE EXPENSIVE. THE USPS GOES BY WEIGHT, MORE FISH, MORE WEIGHT, MORE $$
