i have another tank the same size and saltwater with a 550 penquin power head and no problems on that tank

yes both a UV and skimmer would probably really hep.
how often do u feed ur fish and with what foods?
you probably need more flow in there as well.

not enough flow, the aquaclear 30 is enough flow for a freshwater but not for saltwater. Get a high quality skimmer like bak pak or AquaC

ok i feed them pellets and flakes with garlic and sometime i feed them seaweed. so what size powerhead do i need

you want one that will give u at least 6-8x turnover. so 180-240gph

if i didnt have enough water movement wouldnt the pylos and zenia and the anenomes be suffering instead they are growing
