Well, any one of those combinations would work, so it's really just a matter of personal preference. What's more important to you, colour or slightly unusual appearance? Would you rather have a relatively easy to care for nano tank, or are you prepared for critters that require specialised feeding? The answers to those questions will steer you to the setup that's right for you.
There are several different terms used to refer to very small aquariums (10 gallons and under). "Nano tank" is the most common, but they can also be referred to as pico or micro tanks.

1 male dwarf gourami (and a female if you can get em), maybe 1 pygmy gourami, 1 oto and some shrimp maybe?
