My girlfriends dog fell victim to one of those recalls.. It now suffers from kidney/liver failure.. Its still alive and kicking though.
Yes, that's awful. I know personally how corporate greed and lies can harm your pets. Proheart 6 killed my 4 year old Akita nearly 3 years ago. they took it off the market, but it was too late for my Maggie.
That's awful. Was it last summer or the summer before that Diamond was involved in a recall? I think if it happened once while I was using it I mioght give them another shot but twice, especially twice in two years? No way. And I agree, I don't think that there's any quality difference between Eagle Pack, Innova and Wellness, it's just a matter of what works best for your pet. Actually I wish I could find Eagle Pack here.
i think one of my dogs is allergic to wheat.... has sort of a "asthma attack" after i feed her treats, looked at the treat ingrediants and it said wheat somewhere. It also has corn but my old dog food (perscription diet) had corn and there was no reaction. Oh well im sure i will be able to find food without wheat for my dogs.
