So what would you stock a 40 gallon corner tank with?

So if you got to stock a 40 gallon corner tnak, what would you stock it with?
Im looking for ideas for mine and I already have swordtails. Someones interested in buying some...but the stocking will include between 4 and 9 probably
 
you have got tons of options available to you. almost every type of community fish is a real option.

Personally, (if you read my signature you'll see) I love Rainbow fish. They are super active, responsive to their owner (feeder!) and are quite hardy. Most only get to about 4 inches in length so you can have quite a few. They like to school as well and never hide. They come in a bunch of different colors (not rainbows though, darn), sometimes its hard to find the different species, but its worth it to track them down. Most stores will order you some if you ask them specifics. Bosemani is the most popular because it has a really nice yellow body and tail. The Tourquise ones are an awesome blue color. Just a thought.
 
Id like osme kind of centrerpiece fish and some kind of bottom fish. Any ideas?
I like upsidedown catfish, think they are the coolest little buggers, but not sure if this is an option...are they?

and yes I can special order a fish at petco...
 
is there somewhere with like a list of fish so I can make a list of what I like then you guys can help figure out compatibility and quantity?
 
i personally would do a snakeskin gourami for the "centerpeice" fish
about 5 panda cories or sidthmunki loaches for clean up. some gold barbs and neons.
but that's just me, and there are alot more option out there.

if you want to get rid of some sword tails, get an african butterfly :D
