yes it didnt thanks a lot.

Lol. Wait........ it did or it didn't?!?!

Once again, if you can use all RO water its Highly recommended. can't stress that enough... but its up to you.

Glad I could help ya. dont hesitate to ask anything...

Awesome man. Can't wait to see some pics. Good luck.

yeah so i got the tank full of water and 15lbs of salt. Im going to check the specific gravity either tomorrow or the day after and if its good im going to get the rocks!! One question though... right now i have 2 15watt flourescent bulbs in the canopy but i was looking at these fixtures today and i was thinking about cutting some of the plastic off the back of the canopy to give me a few inches for me to lay a 40watt bulb across the top. this will give me 70watts. Is this sufficent to support some coral and anemenes?

Great! :bday:

Lighting - This is one area that I don't have any experience with... I haven't gotten to corals yet. I honestly couldn't tell you. I think it might not be enough, but you need someone else to give you a dependable answer.

Calling Germanman Niko? anyone know?

would certainly not suggest putting a nem in there...However, yes, you could keep some of the lower light corals like shrooms and leathers higher up in the tank. It has been done before, its also been discussed many times here on the forum..With varying responses and opinions. This is just mine.

Niko

thanks ill ask around. Its not that im going cheap or anything its just i traded one of my snakes for a brand new canopy and the thing only came with two 15 watt

I didnt mean to post that thread. I wasnt finished writing. So yeah it only came with two 15 watt fixtures. There seems to be enough room if i cut some of the plastic off the back of it for a 40watt bulb. At least itll give me a little more light.
