Took a drive into Brooklyn to pic up this lil fella. The guy who had it said he had a big one, which split into 4 little ones, and he sold off 3.

Seems pretty happy in that spot...hope he stays there. ;)

Well, it took a few minutes with my hand in the tank, keeping my pair of lil clowns away from their favoritest frogspawn, but they found it eventually.

Was actually kind of funny. The submissive one of the pair found it and kept trying to show the other one, but the other just kept trying to get around my hand and back to the frogspawn. Which, being that the lights are out, is pretty much just a nub right now.

Silly clown fish...do what I want you to! ;)

I was chopping up some salmon to freeze for the diet my wife and I are on and I sliced off a little chunk and used tongs to get it down to the tentacles.

Man...it took that FAST!:)

looks cool

looking great man.. for some reason this thread taught me alot. I ONLY TOUGHT 2 THINGS!
A. Only Ocean Clowns can Host ( True Percs Ect)
B. Only clowns host BTA!
and well 3 things i guess
C. Only clowns can host period!
Thanks

Well, a few things for ya, Mike:

1. My clowns are true percs, but other clowns WILL host.
2. There's all sorts of clown anemones. Here's a good .PDF file (called the Anemone FAQ)
3. Clowns are really about the same family of fish as damsels. I've heard them all refered to as 'Anemone Fish' before.

Always learning. Me too. Lol. Hopefully not the hard way...but usually that's the way I learn the best.

Nice addition! Good pics.

Oh, and the clowns moved back to the frogspawn and a domino moved right in. :(

Hehe. Guess they don't call them clowns for nothing...
