no thats just some hair algea. The frogspawn looks great you just can't see the polyps in the picture.

it is a species of spounge. the exact name i do not know, but jsut a branching variety that will do no harm.

it does LOOK like a sponge i had something like that but thought it was fungal so i took it out.
