My 20g L *WARNING 56K* pics!

"It took me a day to cut glue and nail the thing together, and then 2 days to paint 4 coats"

Awesome setup! only suggestion i have is next time you make a stand glue it like you have but use screws. nails will slowly work out as it gets bumped moved ect (i know these things im a carpenter!) and dont use PVA glue use something like sellys liquid nails or other construction adhesive. PVA goes to the shi**a when it gets wet.

is wood glue good?

well, i just spent some time reading your thread and it is very very interesting! i hope you can keep up with the tank during classes- i know what thats like! any updates at all?
by the way, whats your major?

As I was reading some posts I read that you were gonna add some of the black substrate to the puffer tank right? I think you should watch out for that as puffers sometimes bury under the substrate and any type of gravel could scratch them all up, and the kind you have looks pretty chunky =) They really like a FINE FINE sand substrate.
Nice tanks.

thanks for the warning but everything is great in the puffer tank i just added otos the puffers dont tend to bury themselfs but they do like to hunt thrueout the gravle.
