What would you have added....

eco-complete, flora base, laterite, potting soil, there are numerous substrates missing...

I guess i was going for the more common based substrate, i suppose those could have been added, potting soil would not have been an option...

I have 3/4 Flourite and 1/4 gravel

I really do not consider the plant substrates gravel. They are plant substrates and in my opinion quite different from ordinary gravel. I put them in a class of their own.

sand in our new 150gal, reg. gravel in our 30 and 75gal, and fine gravel in our cichlid tank...

I didn't know which option to choose, 1 tank eco, 1 small gravel, 1 pool filter sand & 1 half play sand half gravel.
