I've been thinking about getting a betta for a while now and after I got a little 6g hex tank (I can't resist a bargain) I knew it would be perfect for one. It took me ages to find a crowntail but finally I saw this cute little fella, well looked after but in a cup no less.

His name is Leuuat (Thai for blood). While the 6g is cycling he's calling my sisters 10g home along with a Cockatoo Apisto and some Neons.

Is there anyway of knowing his rough age, he's about 3 inches long including tail?

They're usually about a year old by the time they hit the stores. I've got mine in a 5 gallon corner bow eclipse on my desk. :)

Thanks, I thought he'd be about that age. Gotta love giving bettas a nice spacious home :).
