Mafia Game 3

Well what more can possibly be said? It's pretty frustrating that I go away to get things done, and I come back, and the page is full of "I know NJ is Mafia", and "neon's definitely mafia" and "she's mafia" etc. Are you guys so sure? What if you're wrong? What will lynching me do for you?

What will it tell you about Ogre, if he is wrong, I'm right, and I'm innocent? Will it tell you he's mafia, or misled and distrusting innocent?

What will it tell you about JRR? Who has pursued me so agressively, if I'm actually innocent?

What will it tell you about Coler? Who's befuddled, and sways in the breeze and listens more than he talks, polls people, but doesn't make any actions? All talk?

What will it tell you about Fish Lady? Anything?

Not sure if there's anything to be learned by Captaincaveman - I don't see much strategy, he just kind of blows some steam and then jumps on an obvious answer like everyone else.

AGAIN you guys are right - ONE of the three of us IS mafia. I know for sure it isn't me. I know the evidence doesn't point that way. If I was mafia, I would have for sure had a part in lynching Dwarf. I didn't. So now which one of you is it, MadCrawdad or Ogre? Ogre I keep hoping you'll see the light. You know how this game goes. You can't have missed everything that's gone on. I have to assume you're as on as I pegged you. Therefore you've got to be fanning the flames on me, on purpose.

However, certain subtleties are indicating maybe we should look at MadCrawdad. I'd have a hard time voting for you after your romantic analogy though. *lol* /pauses to swoon

Anyway, who here is surprised, that the votes were leading away from me, the mindless target, and that as soon as that started happening, Ogre started fanning the flames of public fervor and panic all over again.

What you all do tonight is up to you. You (I say YOU all because I'LL no longer be mafia OR innocent) will all really not like the outcome. But should you go through with it, and you feel the need to sacrifice me... you guys better sure learn something from it. What's it going to tell you?
 
The only reason they all voted for NJ is because they found out something about her....and they eliminated RB because they felt he was a threat in the beginning of the game.....and changing their votes to each other (they have low votes anyway...)hhhmmm:lipssealedsmilie:
 
Sheesh, back from dinner and putting the plantlinglings to sleep and I have a whole novel to read. I don't like the smell of these last minute alliances, either. First Ice switches his vote, then 13 switches his, then they cook up this plot to save the town. Could they have faked their original arguments? I'm very tired of all this wishywashiness, so I'll have to say "I vote to lynch 13." I picked him because he went on a long rampage about him being the only innocent then maybe he's mafia.
 
13 didn't change votes. You better go back and read more carefully.

13 wants everyone to vote for 1 person. I'm guessing its me tonight is what they were getting at.

But obviously that wouldn't work as I stated. Everyone voting for 1 person make absolutely no sense.
 
Well I've said my peace and its time for bed. Not as early a day tomorrow I'll have time to check in come morning, but 12 hrs today wore me out.
 
Yes, you have switched your vote a few times and 13 hasn't, but the fact that he voted someone for not posting when she'd already explained her schedule, made no sense to me. And the long rant didn't help either. Maybe I'm wrong, but my vote stays.
 
Hmmm...my random comments have given me lots of information to think about. Most of you need to read the post properly because often things are not what they seam. i am/am not innocent who knows ? my votes have never changed even thought i never really thought that iceH20 was mafia i just voted for him because he voted for me im starting to think more to the side that ice isn't mafia...but hey who knows anything at this point so my vote is still for him. trying at this point to figure out who is mafia would be like if i asked you what my real name is. i am not surprised that i have a couple of votes against me id feel bad if i didn't :)

Ok next idea what about everyone voting for 2 people ? we got to think of a way to bring out the mafia other than just reading the propaganda. come on townspeople lets get the ball rolling before it rolls on its own

Huh i don't care if someone explained their "supposed" schedule or not...heck i think your mafia to or not or maybe..hmmm yes you are mafia im just not going to change my vote for the entire game whats the point anyway right
 
We need to identify Ogre. I think it's important by the end of the night, to have either him or I identified. If he's lynched, and he's mafia, then I'm right. If I'm lynched and shown to be innocent, then I'm still right, and he's wrong. Then he'd have to dig himself out of his hole and explain why he was so positive, and how he got so many to stick to their vote for me.

Regardless of what I do, I know that by the time I get up tomorrow, the news will be all over the papers. There's likely to be a whole lot of "shame!" and "why oh why!!!" *lol* And other such drama. Hopefully there will be something in that that will tip you guys off. This is an indepth and intense game, and there isn't one person I'm absolutely sure of right now. It sure makes things tough.

But I seriously hope once I'm proved innocent, you guys go after JRR. He started it, again unprovoked. He's had a such a limited participation, and hardly says anything, just lynches people. Not really people. Just me. That guy has not devated the whole time.

I might change to Ogre if I think it'll make a difference and there are folks behind it. He hasn't proved his identity. I think he makes a great mafia, as far as strategy. But he does have my heartstrings: he sounds innocent, and I want to believe him. But at this point, we can't both be right.

There's also a very distinct possibility as Madcrawdad pointed out, that I might not live the night out regardless of what the vote is.

By the way, if Ogre and me are both innocent, definite definitely look at Madcrawdad!

...for the mafia though. I think you forgot to add that part. This kind of comments makes me continue to hold to your vote. I'd watch out JRR. After tonight, you're probably going to have a day like mine. Not one thing you've said has made me even wonder whether you might be an innocent. I would prepare a better defense.
