How long do you leave your tank's light on?

8 hours with a few plants.

Currently 11-12 hours. I try to mimic sunrise/sunset as much as I can with my current setup. I have no way to dim the tank lights, but I do have the room lights on for about an hour before and after the main photoperiod.

battling some green water, dont feel like blacking out, so i'm running about 3 hours a day.

10 hours total .. 2 in the am and then 8 in the evening. All my tanks are along inside walls.

I run mine for ten hours. Seems to be just the right amount.

8 hours here, with lamp room light after that for about 1-2 hours....

I turn off the 29 before the 80 lights go off...and then they do have lamp light for about another hour and half or so....

11 hours: 9:00 am - 8:00pm. I cut my light intensitiy and length down and my plants are much healthier and hardly any algae.
