MAFIA #5 The Play.....

Crap. The mafia must be getting very desperate for them to try this. It's a nice play, but it won't work.

ZSandmann is not the detective. I'm the detective. That's one reason that I've been relatively quiet (my wife really is sick, but that was only a part of it and a good excuse).

Of course Coler is innocent, he was the target of a mafia attack the first night. My two investigations were slightly more useful that Z's fake ones though.

I really hate to do this, but how else can I prove my identity. King of the Deep is the vigilante. Also, JohnLarson is innocent (my night 1 investigation). Why those two?

I investigated JL first because we have something of a history and I didn't realize that he was on vacation during the game. The next night, I knew Coler was innocent and I couldn't tell who would be lynched and killed each night. I had to send in my investigation very early and so I picked someone I knew would not be lynched or the mafia target.

Some might say that I am a mafia (or even the Don), but why, since I know that KOTD is the vigilante, is he still alive? Why wouldn't I (as a mafia) take him out first. It's simple, I can't take anyone out because I'm not mafia.

Now, I suggest that the mayor investigate me. I also pray that KOTD hit ZSandmann tonight. I'm sorry I had to out you King, but I have no other way to prevent myself from being lynched to no result.

King, if it looks like Zsandmann will be lynched, then I suggest that you take out bkw1982. He's my most likely suspect for another mafia. Tonight's investigation will be to find the mayor. I have a very good idea who either the mayor or the doctor is.

I'm not saying anything at this point because that would out them too. The vig is a one shot weapon and he should go ahead and use it tonight or he might be dead. Here's why... the doctor will hopefully, protect me (or Zsandmann, but it doesn't matter since he's mafia). Since the mafia may think I'm protected, they might not waste a shot on me. So the mafia will try to take out KOTD.

Oh I like this post Ogre. You win the Academy Award man. Thanks for telling the Townies who the Vig might be though. For the record Ogre is NOT the Don, just a regular Mafia. It's going to be easy to prove this, just vote Ogre tonight and Tomorrow we'll all see. If you vote Ogre and he is the Detective, lynch, Hit me, do whatever you like. I'll even vote myself. Also, the bkw bit, thanks for that bit of info. Either he is Innocent or you just set him up. I'll think abou that.

wtf...i dont even know what to say to this..anyone can say they are the detective..the don may not see me as a threat yet since i do not know who he is...

i dont understand why you outed me either..now i am a target for the mafia..and will be taken out tonight without any help for the town...looks like a mafia move to me

also..just because you cant take anyone out doesnt mean you are not mafia..only the don can take out players..just so everyone doesn't forget

I keep my notes in a word document, it always screws up the font when I copy over, and it doesn't show in the preview. The top line is like that too.

The top line being that way makes sense, it's not a name.... but if that's your excuse, so be it.

at any rate, the 2 claims of detective have me totally upside down. I don't know who to believe, though if Z is the mafia, what a job at the snowstorm throughout this game.

Detective is pretty important to lynch on mistake, I'm sticking with the safe side and voting to lynch joander until I hear more solid proof from either side.

If you are mafia, and not the Don, as ZS says, then you wouldn't know that KOTD was the vig, so he wouldn't have been taken out yet. Just because KOTD is still alive, does not absolve you of any doubt, there are too many unknowns. Was he investigated? Is he actually the vigilante? If those are unknown, that doesn't say anything one way or the other about Ogre.

We now the vigilante is innocent because Ogre named KOTD as vig...Ogre had to name somebody who would play along with this i.e. a fellow mafia.
