I don't know much about the temperament of angel fish, but if there were enough hiding places then I think they would be okay.

Blue Pearl Shrimp Breeding Tank Help

One word. PLANTS! put some shrimp safe plant substrate in the bottom or gravel and put some moss in there. That gives the shrimp cover making them more comfortable and lets biofilm develop for them to eat. I would put all the shrimp in so they don't get eaten by the shrimp and so they feel more...

    First attempt at freshwater

If you could, try a little less filtration for guppies, or get fish with smaller fins because the fins of a guppy really don't help them get around with a lot of current.

    My new shrimp adventure

Hey all, I am currently re-cycling the tank the shrimps will go into, and I have a small setup to temporarily store the shrimps in. Their tank should be cycled in a few days because I took filter media from pre-cycled tanks. I used tap water for a water change, but my conditioner clears...

    Picking a betta

I actually went to petco today to look at some stands and I bought a betta. She's a crowntail and she is blue with black speckles. So pretty! She's less than an inch and a half long and they even had cups marked 'baby betta' because they were to small to determine gender. So no they aren't...

    About soil

So, I read a little while ago on a DIY place that you can use organic potting soil for a planted fish tank. I went out and bought a couple of bags and did a test run in a vase with a plant trimming, but the soil wouldn't sink! So basically the problem is that the soil won't stay down. There...

    My new shrimp adventure

I didn't overfeed. I know that because I only fed once a week and I made sure to not let it sit there. I'm going to use distilled water for now on to make sure that the water is ok. The snails were mystery snails, said the pet store. They were all gone in one night so I don't think the other...
