I had the pleasure of riding shotgun on a few interesting tank mantenance trips. The tanks are impressive as are the sumps, filtration systems, lighting and all the controls for them. Quite often all that is set up on another floor, below the tank. I couldn't afford the electric bill :(

I'm very familiar with one of the pictured tanks. I buy and trade corals with the guy that now maintains it. It was set up like that for photos only. The cheezy looking, fake coral and concrete LR was immediatly replaced with about a half a ton of real TBS LR!! I would bet that if you study...

It must depend on the type of brain coral. The ones on my native LR are not fish eaters. They barely have the ability to trap particles of flake food!

Joe will probably correct me but I think it's a payload rocket. I think they are replacing the Titan rockets with them. They use them to send up satelites. I heard Joe was going to rent space on an upcoming trip???? :)

My wife said it was on the news this morning. I would have liked to see it first hand :)
