Well that seemed to help a little. They leave each other alone for the most part now. I will wait until the weekend to decide if I should take the pearl back out. Thanks for the advice. =)

I am going to stop by the LFS on the way home from work today and get a few more plants. My goal is to try and create plant walls to break up a lot of the line of sight of each gourami. The golden and dwarf never had any issues...it is just when I added the pearl that the golden became...

I believe they are all 3 males. I will rearrange the plants and things in there a bit to see how that goes...and possibly get a few more plants. If all else fails I may try adding another golden. I will post how it goes...anymore suggestions are welcome as well. =) thanks

I just added a pearl to my 55, that has 6 tetras, pleco, shrimp, 1 dwarf gourami and a golden. Everyone got along fine, but now the golden is showing aggression toward the pearl. Are they too similar in shape to be in the same tank? ...and is there some way I can lower the aggression...

I put my smaller snail in the tank with my larger one because I figured I could use it in my big tank to help clean up after the catfish. 5 hours later, I look in there and they are going at it. If I put the smaller one back in the other tank, how long will I have to be watching for eggs...

I think grass pickerels will stay small enough to keep in a smaller (55 gallon-ish) tank. That would be a nice alternative to a larger pike. Good luck finding one for sale. You may see one on aquabid.com if you're lucky. GRASS PICKEREL

A couple of male guppies. You won't be able to fit much into a 5 gallon aquarium. You could probably put a crawfish in there if you wanted something besides fish.
