I am probably going to look after some pond fish for the winter since im in canada and im needing to know if i need a heater or anything for these fish just to keep the water about the same as if it were summer? Do i need to keep everything roughly the same as if they were still in the pond or not?
when my fish were babies I used this stuff called First Bites Hikari is the fish food brand, but then again any fish food that is squished into fine pieces would work too.
had the same thing happen to me back in november that i had all male fish a little while later I had a couple fat fish and then saw a bunch of baby fish. not expected at all. The 2 female fish died after giving birth and the baby ones died but I still have one that will be a year in november...
I have just recently set up a saltwater tank and am just wondering how I would go about and do water changes in it. The sand is too fine to use a gravel cleaner is there something I should be using to clean the debris? Also will the sand plug up my filter?
thanks for the help
I will be picking up my 33g tank hopefully in the next few days and am wanting to know what type of filter system I should be looking into? Is there any specific filter that I should be purchasing for this tank? Also, will I have to recycle the tank when I change to this tank?
its a top fin 10 filter.

sorry that might not be the picture of the filter
Well that molly that looked funny is now looking even weirder. It seems to be bent on the left side of the fish from the stomach to the tail. Its been looking like this for a few days now and seems to be even more noticable. Is it due to imbreeding or is it a disease?
Here is a picture of...
well we have done the move mollies survived the move from once place to another. I will also be receiving a 33 gallon tank very soon. We are renting the main level of a house.
