    As long as you have the proper wattage all Euphylla should do fine under PC's, even flourish. Lux isn't a huge factor with these corals.

    Sorry I don't mean to split hairs but Cnidaria is a phylum not a species or genus name. Umbrella mushroom is spot on though for the common name. :)

    I've had luck with Astreas eating algae similar to what you are describing otherwise test for phosphates and get a UV.

    Yeah I know exactly what you are talking about we sell them at my store and use them in a few tanks here and there for stock that doesn't like turbulence. The reason that I asked the if you knew the species name is because currently we have them in stock and they came in as brazilian giants...

    Did you mod the flow of the nano to accomidate the sea horse or leave it as is. I've been in the market for sea horses myself and a nano seems to be the best option minus the "reef" rate of flow. i'm glad this is working out for you. And one last thing do you know the exact species(latin) :)...

    I've had a Coral Beauty in my reef for about 6 months and it doesn't touch any of the I have currently corals. But 9/10 times these guys can be quite a pain for corals.
