1 main filter for 8 feet tank?

thanks. Planned overflow would be 2 1.5 inch PVC pipes. will this be able to handle about 1300 gal/hr?

2 1" pipes can handle 1500 gph. I have a CPR overflow rated for that and it has 2 1" pipes
