Rule of thumb that seems to be pretty good is 5 watts per gallon. I have always gone by this and it works well for me and everyone I know with fish at work and such. So maybe a 150w and a 200w?

ahh make it 2 200s, there is only a couple bucks difference, and what if I want to go bigger right!!!!
