Are you sure the plastic thing is safe for the tank? I might want to make a java moss carpet as well for my 10g shrimp tank too.

Will a box filter actually do the job? My brother has a box filter in a 2.5g. Lol. I have a Aquaclear 50 on my 10g shrimp tank.

also insect netting from homedepot/lowes can be used. it's made from fiberglass.

i bought the 6in x 100ft for $7 anything bigger/wider is between $14-$25. i just used fishing lines to make it wider.

u can use a sponge filter and heater for 10 gal. lights 4w per gal.
