i have 2x10watt 50/50 pc lights. will this be enough for most corals?

It's probably OK for mushrooms and some softies, but it's not a lot of light.

I think you are looking at needing 5 plus wpg for some of the harder corals.

I always stay on the high side of the watts per gallon thing, leaning more torwards 5-6 watts per gallon. Also, keep in mind that one single high intense light will penetrate the water better than a bunch of lower intense lights equaling a total high value.
