Well I just looked at that one hood (the one I have) and it says 15w max but it also said Tubular or Compact Fluorescent. Although I've seen some ppl use 2x20w in one of these fixtures so... lol
well a friend on here showed me about AH supply and I was thinking doing a 2x36w DIY and ordering one of the enclosures they sell (http://www.ahsupply.com/finished_enclosures.htm) That sound ok? Or should I do 1x36w? Thanks.

Yeah, AHsuppy lights are high quality from what I've been told...I've just never been much of DIYer.

Yeah a 2x36w definitely wouldn't fit in this casing. But 1x36 should (might lol). The case is 18.75"x4"x2 3/8" and the lighting is [FONT=Trebuchet MS, Arial, Helvetica]17.25"L x 4"W x 2"H. I'm not really into DIY myself but I could give it a try. I'll think about it. It'll b a while before I can start on this anyway.
