10 gallon tank help

I have a 10 gallon tank. This am I woke up to 2 dead goldfish. I could never keep the water clean. It always appeared cloudy.
I would like to buy 2 more fish (other than goldfish) and I need input on what type to purchase.

Before buying any fish, perhaps you should cycle your tank first, to avoid any more fish deaths. Try this link to learn how:

Goldfish are really messy fish so you would probably have an easier time with something else. If you cycle the tank first then you won't get sudden ammonia spikes and wake up to dead fish. I'm about to do my first fishless cycle too.

Fancy Guppies are really fun as they reproduce all the time. Plus they are colorful. Some of them and a school of neons might be really colorful . Its really all about what you like in fish.
