10 Gallon Wet Pet(s)

I'm torn between the Cherax sp. Zebra or the Procambarus Clarkii/Alleni var White/Orange.

I've had CPOs before and they always ended up cannibalizing no matter how much hiding places I put in.
 
I was at a pet store today and I saw a white crayfish, but he was in a corner and kind of skittish so I didn't get him. There were also "blue lobsters" but I'm unsure of what kind and how blue they'd be when they were older.
