1000 g plywood acrylic in wall with lounge room

Very Nice! Can't wait to see it with fish.

A little sad to see you have to drop down from your original plan of 1000 gallons to 120 gallons, but sometimes life gets in the way. Maybe one day you will get back and build that 1000 gallon tank.
 
Thats great getting your kid to help. I have 4 minions at home, all with different likes/dislikes, so I have to tailor my DIY projects around their talents, which in itself is alot of fun in my book. My right hand man is my 4 year old son, he always has his safety gear on(reflective vest, safety glass, gloves, etc...) and has helped me with a castle bed for daughter, pirateship for boys, as well as all my diy fish stuff. My 7 year old daughter is the fishkeeper, always on top of the fish(lights on/off, and feeding), and the trip to the LFS. its aways nice to be with the kids doing something besides t.v., xbox.
