10000k or actinic or 50/50

T 12 or T 8, look for "daylight" or "sunlight" bulbs, then check the numbers. I got some 6500k 48 inch from either Lowe's or HD but HD may not carry them any more
Coach I have the straight pin lights. I went to the auction you listed and that raised a good question in my mind. For the Coralife do I have to use their light products? I don't believe they make a 10000k/6700k light, but I would really like one if they did.
As an update, checked on my tank this am. Temp was just over 79 degrees... after 7 hours of no light. Turned the light on at 5AM and just checked the temp. It is just a smidge higher than that... so I don't think the light is raising the water temp. I just think the water temp is room temp. Love the color of the light as it relates to teh fish. Never seen such nice looking colors in my fish before. The krebs, fire belly gourami and the blue gourami as amazing. And the emerald green corys, well, they are super green. Bought numerous plants last night and I am getting a moss ball today. Will try and post some pics if anyone is interested. Thanks again for your help.
