Yeah, so i just got this new 10 gallon, and im wondering what to put in it, maybe some of you expert fishy people could give me some suggestions about my new plan

as starter fish:
3 Zebra Danios

Long Term Fish:
1 Fresh Water Clam
2 Pearl Gourami
1 Freshwater Flounder
1 Plecostomus
2-3 Penguin Tetra(possibly)
3 Zebra Danios(if they survive)

le comment. thanks

Zebra Danios- Buy a bottle of ammonia. Cheaper then fish and you dont get stuck with stock that a) you dont want b) may have health probs from cycling

Flounder- No idea, but unless it stays under 2 inches, forget it.

Pleco- Various types. None are particularily well suited to 10 gals. Common Plecos reach 24 inches. Consider Cory Cats instead.

Tetras... Should be fine.
OR
Gouramis. Some gouramis can be miserable...Also, go for a dwarf variety. Pearls get a little big for a 10 gal.

I nice little planted 10 gal would be really sharp with a pair of Dwarf Gouramis and some pygmy corys. Planted tanks are not expensive and your gouramis would love it...

ok.. So dwarf gouramis, cory cats instead of pleco, and don't worry the flounders get like 1 inch and a half. So no on the danios?

I did some looking and the FW flounders dont get too awefully big only around 3-4 inches, but they are a brackish water fish, meaning they need a measurable amount of salt in the water. They wouldnt be compatable with your other fish. Either go brackish or solely fresh. A brackish tank would be nice if you felt comfortable with doing it. But if its your first tank i would suggest either the tetras or the danios.

gouramis are awsome!!! I love them..

I currently have 3 dwarf blue gouramis, and 2 honey gouramis (the honey are my fav).... and im still planning on getting afew more... :p:

Just be careful tho, they can be very aggressive!
