Be careful what you wish for; you might get it. Remember that it won't just be the original pair/s having babies every three weeks, in a few weeks it'll be the babies as well, and then their babies... think about what you're going to do with all these fry - most of us only have so many friends to give them to. lol You end up bringing bags and bags of guppies in various stages of maturity to the lfs, to end up, most likely, in the feeder tank.
BTW My daughter's guppies never seemed to eat their fry.
None of my fish ever developed a taste for them or even noticed them at all.
