What is a 'decent amount' of fish? Remember the number of fish you can have will depend greatly on the type of fish you want. You could theoretically have about a dozen fish if you went with Endlers or least Killies, they stay small, but only two if you went with puffers and did a species tank. Several white clouds and an otto or two wouldn't be bad, but you can't add much if you wanted say, a larger livebearer or dwarf gourami. IMO a dwarf gourami would be pushing it in a 7g, I’m not even fond of these guys in 15g…ara35 said:im thinking of a 7G tank (17"W X 15"D X 10"H - 7 Gallon). I could move it without taking the fish out, its acrylic. its cheap. and i could get a decent amount of fish. What do you guys think about that idea?
