120 gallons of Bichirs, Plecs, and Angelfish!

I wasn't talking bad about it, I've just never seen Bichirs with Angels because I has thought about it but didn't want to run a risk. Honestly, I think bichirs are awesome fish but was under the assumption its better to keep them out of communities.

If I ever get rid of my platy's and neons I might put a bichir in now :)

BTw, how big are your pleco's? Does the bichir ever mess with them?

STUNNING!!!!!

I didn't think you were criticizing it at all. I'm sure others would be surprised at the combo as well, the fact is that angelfish are very tough and aggressive, they do very well with the bichirs so long as they are not too small.

The bichirs are fine in communitites with anything that is too big for them to eat. Especially when not fed live feeders, they are less likely to eat tank mates.

Thank you everyone, glad you like it :)

Thep plecs are around 3-4", so far bichirs barely notice they're there.

Great tank! I love those polys. I really like the gravel you used, what type is it?

It's sold by JEBO co. it's called 'black gravel'.

I know a guy in Monterey Park that works at a JEBO warehouse and he can hook up anyone who wants to buy it or any other jebo product.
