I know what you mean, sometimes I regret growing aquatic weeds, hehe. But I'm glad the rest of my tanks, are planted with anubias and crypts.

its been took over so many times from ludwigia to guppy grass to hygros to pennywort its going to be nice just to leave it for a week and not have to worry about it lol
