Thanks all for the replies, I've decided to leave things as they are for the time being. If aggression becomes a problem or my nitrates start to rise then i'll re-think the situation.

If your Convicts bred like mine did, you'll want to get rid of them...I was giving fish away every month, it was crazy how often they would lay eggs! Good luck!!

My convicts do breed at the drop of a hat but the prize for most prolific breeders goes to the cubans they spawn every three weeks laying there eggs over the glass, i'll post some pix next time. As for the fry i use them as feeders, My oscar may only be small but he loves fry.
