125 gallon journal...planted

Better pictures of new fish.

I got a new discus today and also a tiger shovelnose. My girlfriend took better pictures of my fish. I traded that free 30 gallon to a LPS for the discus and the shovelnose. I cleaned it up like my 125 so I would get more for it.

My LFS would have only given me the angelfish for a 30 gallon, THEY ARE CHEAP! I gave them 50 discus fry and they paid me $5, never doing business with them again! Anyways congrats, the tank is looking awesome!

Ouch! :irked: I got $2 each for Ps. acei and L. caeruleus fry, and $5 each for F1 Cynotilapia sp. "hara" Gallireya Reef fry from my LFS.

Nice! That tiger shovelnose will make quick work of anything that can fit in its mouth, and its mouth is large! and will get much larger! :uhoh:

:iagree: I've seen horror stories & tales of woe on YouTube.

Nice pics!! The rams are so pretty.

Update

here is a picture of my tank current. I took clippings of some of my plants from my planted tank and put them in here. Also, my driftwood came in.

This is really nice. I love the size. I wish I could find a deal on a tank this size.
