Well I was looking in the paper the other day and found a 125gal aquarium with light for $100. I called the guy and I'm gonna pic it up tomarow. Theres only two problems, one he used it for reptiles, so am I just gonna have to bleach it good first? Two, since he used it for reptles hes not sure if it holds water, he said the guuy he got it from had saltwater fish in it so it definatly used to hold water, but that was a few years ago. Should I just re-silicone it to be safe?

Yeah, just clean it up as good as possible. You never know what those reptiles could of done to the tank.
Just be careful. There are "tanks" that are sold for use as reptile houses that have very thin glass (because all they're supposed to hold is air) and will not actually be safe holding water if they are filled up.
Well he said the glass was 3/4" thick and has had salt water fish in it before, so I don't think that would be a problem
It certainly sounds as if the tank you are looking at is a regular aquarium designed for holding water, as opposed to a reptile tank designed for holding air.
The glass for a standard 125 (72"L x 18"W x 21"H) is 1/2". In a "tall" tank (usually 30-36"), that goes up to 5/8". But reptile tanks are built with glass that is usually anywhere from 3/16" to 1/4" thick.

I got the tank today, the thing was a mess. He still had reptile beding in it with a few crickets runing around in it(nothing a little cleaning won't fix though. The only problem with the tank was it didn't have a center brace, will it be ok without one, there isn't any sign of one that used to be there but broke off, so that would mean that when the salt water fish were in it, it didn't have a center brace. So will it be Ok with out one, or should a build one? How would I make one?
BTW when I put water in the tank in the back yard it had one tiny leak in the silicone, so I'm just gonna re-silicone the whole thing to be safe.

Every glass tank that I have that is 36" or longer has a center brace. In the 125's, the brace is 18" wide and 1/2" thick, and is connected to the inside edge (not the top) of the front and back glass (with silicone sealer, of course).
The braces I have on my tanks are all made of glass. For various reasons, that's probably the best material to use.
