In my 125l i keep having bba. Pain to remove. My 5gal keeps getting algae too but less of em now

It’s just brown algae and its not bad.

My algae is black beard algae. Pain, pain pain to remove, unlike green hair alge that my young guppie eats.

Its true. My shrimps are no gonna eat this thing. But its so fluffy ?

When I had my 55 gallon still running I had a massive hair algae outbreak. I had to scrape it off every surface and did a water change. Added some algae fix to the tank and that kept it under controlled.

That the first ever i heard any chems kept algae under control

I only used it when needed. Haven’t used it since then.

Now I only scrape it off the sides of my tank.
