16g Stocking???

What fish could I keep in a 16g bow front? I already have 4 neons I'm going to move to this tank and a few guppy fry that I'll probably just give away. I need upper middle and lower fish.

A healthy dwarf gourami would be awesome with a group of 4-6 Peacock Gudgeons

Hmmm... a group of ottos for the bottom, 6 neons for the middle, and a dwarf gouramis (I suggest either a Flame Dwarf Gouramis or a Sparkling Gouramis) would make for a nice balanced tank
