haha even though they arnt, id be scared like if one brushed up agaist my hand. The first time a guppy brushed up agaist my hand I screamed, now when my swordtails do it I just laugh casue its usually when they are chasing the gravel vacume around

Haha....oh my gosh...those are very large fish you have there...........that picture should be hung up in front of every walmart rack of tanks, right under the sign that says "Red bellied pacu....up to 10inches" :laugh:
I have to say that they are beautiful though....it's really too bad they've been brought into the trade/hobby at all.......I think they sell because they look so much like piranahs folks can get them without the worry of them eating thier children's little fingers....at least until they reach that size....hehe....
Good luck finding homes for them Alyattes....it won't be easy.....

Pacu's are very gentle and playful , they have more personality than any other fish i have owned...Heres a pic of mine at 16in and felt like 4lbs?
