2.5g what to do

you could go with a couple of nerites. or why not break the mold and go with, if i recall the name correctly, rabbit snails (provided the tank size/filtration, etc is suitable for them). msjinkzd, you had/have some of these, don't you?

as of right now the tank is empty so no plants yet.

a couple nerites might be cool.

and i dont know about the rabbit snails i did a quick search n it looks as if they eat plants and i dont want another plant eating snail

oohh yea the filtratioin will be from one of these filters

if i have to i can pick up another one and get a small air pump and run them both off the same air pump and just put them at opposite sides of the tank

Rabbit snails get 3-4" long.

Also, nerites are algae eaters so really need a well established tank.YOu can often supplement them, but they are happiest when they have a good amount of algae or biofilm to graze on as well.

ok sounds good ill set the tank up and keep an eye out for anyone on here selling briggs and amano for a decent price that is willing to ship because i have yet to see anyone selling briggs or amano(or any shrimp other than ghosts) in my area
