Hi guys im doing a fishless cycle my amonia is 0.25 and nitrites are 0.4 how am i going?

Size of tank and filtration? Temp?

When you dose ammonia, what ppm are you taking it to and how long for it to drop significantly?

Nitrates yet?

Right tanks a 60l
temps set at 26degrees 79f
Filtration is an underwater tetratec with heater within unit type that has adjuster on it for temp
new readings are 1 ammonia 0.25
2 nitrites between 0.1 and 0.4
3 nitrates between 10 and 20
nitrate and ammonia test kits are the phoenix liquid ones
nitrate test kit is the liquid nutrafin aquarium test

When was the last time you dosed ammonia and what level did you bring it to then?

Dosed it to about 4/5ppm yesterday or thursday cant remember i had a few beers last night

I'd dose back up to about 3-4 ppm. When you see it all leave in 24 hrs, do it once more and you are there.

Once you can convert 3-4 ppm of ammonia within 24 hours and have nitrates, do a large water change(75%), and fully stock you tank.
