20,000k and Actinic Bulbs

Hey I have a Actinic bulb right now and I have converted my hood to hold 2 bulbs so I have put just a regular bulb in there and was thinking of putting in a 20,000k I was wondering what the diffrece between 20,000k and actinic bulbs are, or what else would you recomend me doing thanks

You've already got the actinic, I wouldn't use a second bulb higher than 10000K. 20K's are quite blue. Unless you like a super-blue look, I'd balance that actinic out with more of a daylight lamp. 10K & actinic combines for a nice crisp color, IMO.
