I just made alittle oak leave station on my windowsill. It is about 1 foot long by 5 inches wide. So on the wood I put thick green oak leaves, and I took an empty pill bottle and filled it with water to put brown leaves in for a couple days to drown parisites.
Tank maintenance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trimed a lot of bacoba and replanted, and some cabomba. minor rescape, with the plant trimmings. Added 5 oak leaves. Ottos liking thes. Pics soon!
Ember tetra stuffed with eggs! I hope they get fertilized and hatch. Question: could I put a small aloe vera plant emmersed with just its roots in the water? Where do Ebmer tetras lay their eggs?
I never knew cherry shrimp fry were that tiny... no wonder I never saw any. I saw one on hornwort, so i cut off that peice with the shrimp and put it in a breeder box. Then I saw 2 a third of that size!
